I dont understand? Were is this proof that microsoft has payed developers for games? Or that they money hatted? Or that they paid people to get on forums during the ps3 launch and start destroying its reputation? Or that they had XBOX 360 chairs and said to save up for the 360 and not get a psp on the day the PSP launched in europe?
There is no proof of any of that..(do not google or you will find proof)
