They wouldn't need to do all the things that other companies specialize at. Just supply a feature that those companies desperately need in order to compete. Like with the cell phone business several companies are clambering to duplicate the functionality of the Iphone. You offer them a quick solution to their functionality gap and they'll go by whatever your terms are.
