Even if we assumed this number was accurate (Which dozens of people have already suggested it isn't) wouldn't that mean 1.2 Million Japanese Wii owners haved used thier Wii "of late". Which is pretty much the PS3's install base in Japan, and about triple the 360's? And that's not even considering what thier % of people not playing them "of late" is.
