He is well known for using dishonorable tactics in the Mario Kart Wii leagues like staying behind on purpose to snatch better items or teaming up with someone else to completely destroy another racer (just ask brawl4life, shizzlee, amp316). I guess he is pissed that despite all of this he still barely won any races. He's another one of those guys who weren't that anti Wii before Mario Kart Wii was released, but changed their tune drastically afterwards.

I don't play online too often but I still beat people in 8-9k range pretty easily if nubs don't throw blue shells all over the place so at least I won't get lapped I guess.
edit: and yes I've lapped plenty of people online, I don't know wtf is up with those.

For me it tends to happen the most on the short tracks and tracks that you can fall off. All it takes is a newb to fall off Ghost Valley twice and you are almost guaranteed to lap them, but i don't recall lapping anyone one something like Waluigi Stadium.
