im reading and will add a small summary
- cursor movement improved
- you can keep herbs in inventory
- headshots improved, but still needs some improvement
- has a weapon sharning system
- visuals have improved
- "zombie deaths and reactions are much stronger this time around"
- shaky cam can get annoying
