Not true on 2 accounts. First, Free Radical didn't go out of business. They got bought out before it could happen. Believe it was Crytek that bought them out. Second, Haze wasn't a huge flop. Sure it wasn't a success but that's not what broke the bank for Free Radical. What broke them was they were working on Timesplittlers 4 based on their own money. At the same time they were working on Star Wars Battlefront 3. Basically Lucasarts was the one funding them at the time until they could find a publisher for TS4 and when Lucasarts dropped them from the project they were in trouble. So much invested in 2 products with nothing to show broke the bank. Haze didn't help as it didn't bring any publishers calling for them. But Haze certainly wasn't the main issue that happened there. If anything it was Lucasarts stopping the money train. Sad to considering SWBF3 looked great.
