Are Multi-Platform doomed to be worse than exclusives?

I disagree, Call of duty 4 , Fallout 3, Oblivion, Grand theft Auto IV

those games are multiplatform and are all considered AAA ip, now if your talking graphics, really I dont know.

Lost planet 2, and RE5 look really good but yea they dont come close to killzone 2.
