Don't worry Tres, they'll have plenty more.. I'm sure Art Academy will need Wii MotionPlus if it ends up being a Wii game and that will be a truly different experience. Zelda will probably be the premiere core WM+ experience along with NMH2, The Grinder, Red Steel 2 and plenty more.
I understand your frustration, Nintendo didn't launch a new peripheral with a new disruptive product, however I believe it's quite fitting that the Wii Remote's upgrade comes with Wii Sports' upgrade as it will show the consumer how much better the game can be with the attachment.
