67% of Japanese Wii owners haven't used their system "of late"?

For the information, I've just noticed the Japanese WII got, since today, a price drop, via a store I know, excluding shipment only 189 Euro... Come to think of it... not a good sign at all, considering the fact regular Japanese prices are cheaper. No price drop from the PS3 yet.
