like you said nothing yet but planning to get TF2 of steam real soon. I downloaded Empire: Total War Demo yesterday and set every thing on ultra with resolution of 1360x768 (my tv's resolution) and it ran really really smooth I think I was above 45+ FPS of not 60 couldn't tell tbh 
are planning to get a PC yourself ?
