This is why I don't like that console developers and the players believe that the console Manfucturer is responsible for online service. Because of this screwed up mentality and the fans(developers and players alike) we have a overall shitastic online gaming environment. Why?
Because PS3, 360, PC and Wii players cannot compete against each other. See data is data regardless of machine or software source. As long as the data packet looks the same to a server then it doesn't matter where it comes from.
I want to see FPS players of all systems shooting each other. It would increase the online population signifigantly. We are left with the online population fractured.
So yes I would love to see The Grinder to support both, but in reality any developer could do this for their next upcoming FPS.
Squilliam: On Vgcharts its a commonly accepted practice to twist the bounds of plausibility in order to support your argument or agenda so I think its pretty cool that this gives me the precedent to say whatever I damn well please.
