Probably back when FFVIII was released. I went through the whole of the 1st disc (about 12 hrs) + a little extra of the 2nd. I had my food brought up to me as I was living with my parents, and my mum felt I had to eat, lol.
Don't think I can do that anymore as I don't think my girlfriend would be too happy, lol. Although I probably have played Oblivion for a similar amount of time whilst I've been living with her.
The WoW guys are a different breed entirely, I just couldn't play for more then 14 hrs straight.
