It wasn't. It has a lot of attention from the gaming community, and has sold 400k. Think that isn't a lot? His past games have sold in the tens of thousands. It's not been overlooked, and even its graphics are praised.

A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
