Most should. That's been available on all systems but the PS2 and Dreamcast last gen, and the HD system have it (they couldn't pull off HD textures without it), so even if they don't use the TEV right, they should be using S3TC.
A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
