I agree with having a single friend code rather than game specific... I am glad Nintendo uses a code and doesn't really let you befriend anyone without outside (of gaming) contact... but it is no more safe having a code for each game than it is the single Wii code, and instea just complicates things.
Wii Speak I am not sure on, I think I would prefer a headset, but I don't want to have random people shouting at me so keeping it to friend only talk is fine by me. (perhaps there should be some way of unlocking the ability to talk to randomers so that Nintendo at least can't be blamed if some kid starts learning new swear words)
I don't care about demos, nor do I want DLC, at least I don't want it to be prolific, the odd game maybe.
The rest is really up to the games themselves.
