Ok, so far I like this one:

A: Zoom Crouch
B: Shoot
UP:  Cycle Grenades
DOWN: Crouch Zoom
LEFT: Reload Melee
RIGHT: Cycle Guns
+: Spin
-: Melee Reload
1: Pause
2: Score
C: Jump
Z: Lock on
Shake Nunchuck : Grenade
Shake Wiimote : ASE

Edit: Modified some things, now DOWN is for zoom and A to crouch. Melee with Left and Reload with -
