The relative cost of the 360 is less, and that's a factor in why it's outselling the PS3. You don't go to Wal-mart and see an Arcade selling for $500. The immediate cost is what's helping the 360. But when you take into consideration the absolute cost, how much money you have to pay to fully enjoy your system, then it's more expensive. People just don't seem to care about that, as long as they can have the console in their homes initially for a lower price.
