For the main series, not likely. Next generation, if that happens, maybe but not now. That's why the Crystal Chronicles series was created at first.

Square-Enix and Nintendo made nice but at the time Sony had the rights to the main Final Fantasy series. Square made a studio to develop Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles but didn't take own all of it, just like 49%. While not as huge as the main branch, the first FFCC sold well enough to merit more games, my guess at least.

Of course now that Sony no longer has control over which system the main Final Fantasy branch is on, it still doesn't make much of a difference. Final Fantasy XIII, and FFXIV, are being made with the PS3's power in mind. The 360 getting it was obvious since it was close in horsepower to the PS3. The Wii never stood a chance, and still doesn't, of getting back the main branch of the franchise. I will say this though, I'm actually looking more forward to the Crystal Bearers than FFXIII, and I have all three consoles and both handhelds.

Anywho, Kingdom Hearts on the Wii? Possible. Been playing through both of them again recently and...I just can't imagine them in HD. Don't think it would great. Who knows?
