That seems to be the logical case, but how much processor power would a ingame XMB take honestly? Isn't a jump of 30% a little excessive for something as small as a XMB, particularly a hardheld one that really shouldn't take up awhole lotta processing power to begin with? There's something else they plan to do with this extra power. I know it.
