I doubt it. Capcom released two monster hunter freedoms on the PSP and those games sold over a million units in Japan alone. That's a pretty big fanbase there and most monster hunter fans will own PSPs. Many of these will be unwilling to purchase a DS, and whether there is enough gain from the larger userbase of the DS to offset the loss of many dedicated fans is yet to be seen.

But I don't see Monster Hunter Freedom moving to DS

 

 This is Japan we're talking about, everyone has a DS.
