So, after my gf came over a few days ago, we didn't actually touch the Wii or any other console... somehow she managed to get a little addicted to Sim City 4 on the computer (which isn't some dumbed down game lol), as well as Rise of Nations (ditto).
I'd say most girls have other things to do. Most guys play video games because it keeps them out of trouble and is cheaper than some other options.
I'd say the differences between males and females is more or less natural instinct. Males want to do well on a video game just like in life, a dominance factor. Females don't really need to buy the games... they just need the guys. I'd imagine more females borrow and play male-owned game products than actually owning them theirselves.
Just remember, I said more, not all.
Numbers: Checker Players > Halo Players
Checkers Age and replayability > Halo Age and replayability
Therefore, Checkers > Halo
So, Checkers is a better game than Halo.
