I doubt Rising will look better then MGS4. The MGS4 engine was optimised for the PS3. Rising is multiplatform, so the engine will be difficult to fully optimise for either system as it has to work on both consoles.

I'm still reserving judgement. They're hardly going to say it'll look worse then MGS4.
