why? what if nintendo had the best graphics/controls, millions sold, and microsoft was just trying to cater to the casuals (a demographic that nintendo already has a firm grip on), and as a result, has incredibly low sales? yea im sure square would stick with microsoft at that point.

Casuals have no brand loyalty. it could around next gen sony got the casual appeal or microsoft does with natal.
