Nah. Has to be for Natal. Or DS. (Or Ipod touch.)
There isn't anything that could be done on the 360 or PS3 that couldn't be done on Wii... outside of Natal.
Afterall he's not talking about the visuals. Neither No More Heroes game comes close to pushing that... and the Sony motion controls are stuff that can be found on the Wii.
