mom needs to be charged, but I suspect they will get fined and other non jail time punishments. First it's theft under $1000 which is most of the time a slap on the wrist. Second I doubt they will disrupt the household to have the son go to juvie or foster care and mom to prison.
Come on people steal cars and get out a day or two later. A Wii valued at $250, please.
Squilliam: On Vgcharts its a commonly accepted practice to twist the bounds of plausibility in order to support your argument or agenda so I think its pretty cool that this gives me the precedent to say whatever I damn well please.
