Haha didn't you get the memo. Only Wii games flop not PS360. There's no arguing it. Apparently Wii has to prove something. Ya know 50 million sellers with over 50 million in hardware doesn't prove enough. Wii always has to prove something apparently.

Now when it comes to Japan. It not only has to sell a lot but it also has to move a hell of a lot of hardware. Any less well then it's a flop... even if the software sales were good. Even further niche games or games with no hype must sell a lot... but if on PS360 then it's ok... they sell well considering.

Apparently these are the guidelines we must follow when tracking Wii games. For it to be a success it has to be a Nintendo title, a casual game, and/or sell more than a million copies. Even further if it is a supposed "core" game it must sell a lot to be a success but a poorly selling "casual" game only needs to sell a little to be a success and something to use against the Wii.

If we can all understand this then understanding Wii game's success rates will be easier... obviously because production value means nothing.
