Halo: Reach can do it, like it was said previously. It needs a good tagline.
Halo: Reach... for your Wallets. Sounds very microsoft-esque.
Aside from that, Halo 3 did it. So I see no reason why the microsoft hype machine can't start up again and push Halo Reach past that point.
