That's not the same parameter I'm talking about, though it's certainly related (mine is an integral average, yours is "instantaneous" for last week only)
Follow the link I gave to the original thread. The results are so surprising that I thought there must have been an error and I replicated the calculations on my own for quite some data, getting the same results.
