Tomb Raider Underworld and New Prince of Persia sold better on PS3 than 360

Nice try. How many games on 360 revolve around platforming and shooting, while searching for ancient relics?

PS3: 1 (Uncharted)

360: 0.

So, the PS3 version was competing with Uncharted, and still won.

Right, so the PS3 has a built-in fanbase for relic hunting games. It was hardly a fair contest!

For good relic hunting games, thus the mistery is still unsolved...

Relic hunting + boobies = good enough, I guess.
