I bet Lionhead are working on 3 projects.
Fable III is a no-brainer (for sure it started even before Fable II was released, it usually works that way with sequels)
"Project Milo" is already confirmed.
Then there's probably a third game (we've seen many leaks of canned projects, and then there is B.C. and B&W3. I am sure they're working on something new, Lionhead has so many ideas)
Not that this does automatically mean any of the games will come out in 2010. At least Fable III won't.
But if we're very lucky, Milo comes out as a launch title with X360 Natal in Nov 2010.
