1. Yeah that happened to me a bunch, I changed the melee button to A so the motion didn't screw up my viewing.
2. I was stuck there for a while, what I did was wait behind the wall until I could kill one of the enemies and grab their strike rifle, then wait and pick of the exploding guys before I start running up with a charged shot. Then I run up, shooting off any stragglers, and throw a grenade into the opening of the memorial. I grabbed the rocket launcher and lucked out from there!
3. Thats a charged Drudge Strke Rifle shot to the head :)
