Do you think Metroid (Prime) is a hard series?

I didn't have any problems with the difficulty of Metroid Prime 1 but I never did manage to find that ice super missile upgrade ( which annoyed me).

MP2 was a lot harder. I played MP1 the month it came out but I only got round to playing MP2 a few weeks ago. It was a lot harder but certainly not to the point of affecting my enjoyment of the game. I used a guide for the moth boss because I didn't realize I had to get behind it to shoot its weak points (I felt stupid afterwards). There were generally a lot more bosses which racked the difficulty up.

Looking forward to playing MP3 soon.
