Yeah it's happened to me several times and to some others here. It's a glitch when you enter an existing game - possibly in spectator mode. I always restarted (which is a pain) it's possible if you wait for that match to end it might fix itself but some matches are 20 minutes long so I've never waited.
I e-mail HVS about that right off the bat but no word back from them yet.
