Wii games: region locked ( always I think)
PS3 games : region free ( always I think)
360 games: both (the developer decide it they want it or not)
As for me I'll get the 360 version but it the game is really good I might buy it for the PS3 if it comes out with or without extra content.
If it isn't turnbased it isn't worth playing 
(mostly)
