Tell me one thing, in the swordplay game the sword tracks our movements like is is centered around a point like in Tiger Woods Frisbee mode or is really free to move everywhere?

It tracks your movements really well along 3 axis. You have to angle it in the right direction to block an attack. And you can angle it forward or back too though I dont think this has any particular effect. it just looks cool.

I think you didn't understand what I intended to ask.

Does the sword in WSR moves like the one in this app at 2:17 where you can rise the wield of the sword, move from left to right and down  or is it centered like you just can wave the blade around and the wield of the sword is always near the mii?

I got you. To answer your question the sword is centered in the middle of the screen. But you are given a little range. Your Mii will extend their arms in the direction you move the Wiimote. So he will wield the sword above his head if you move the Wiimote up. This of course opens up your Mii to a mid body attack, but will at the same time allow you to strike from above quickly.
