Shape - 360/GCN hybrid (something in the middle here)
Analog sticks - 360 (including the pressing feature)
Face button feel/shape/placement - DSi
Face button color scheme & size - SNES/360 (either works... there are only slight difference between the two)
Button mechanics - PS2/PS3 (analog buttons)
Triggers - 360/GCN hybrid (basically the 360's with some better click to 'em)
D-pad shape - N64/SNES (Large, with good range of motion)
D-pad mechanics - Analog pressure-sensitivity (don't believe any system had this, MAYBE PS2/PS3)
Rumble - PS2/360 (force-feedback circuits on both sides of the controller)
Shoulder buttons - N/A (these all pretty much work fine across the board)
Control buttons - 360/Wii (Wii shape, 360 prominence)
Battery Design - 360 (VASTLY easier to change out batteries if desired)
Charge Design - PS3 (everybody probably has like twelve of those cords)
Memory concept - Wii/DC hybrid (incognito like the Wii's, but removable, and actually a decent, usable amount, like the DC)
Power Switch - 360 (not a standalone button, requires confirmation to turn off)
Player denoter - 360/Wii/PS3. It doesn't matter. They all do the exact same thing.
Extras - Wii (Wii Remote's speaker, IR camera, accelerometers and WM+ gyroscope)
THIS > everything else. Period.
