Is also now officially the best Wii game, REmake is one of 4 GC games I sold... I hardly ever sell my games. unless I sell a console. Don't get me wrong though, I like REmake, it's just not worth keeping once I completed it 2-3 times... I never even played more than 10 minutes as Chris either.
as well as contender for best looking Wii game released this year.
Well I see there being 2 different aspects of "best". One is technical, the other aesthetic.... aesthetic is arguable depending on the person, just the same as your view of it being the best Wii game. I certianly isn't the best graphics technically either.

Should also note 1.35m copies of the original on GC were sold, so good luck finding one. "Can just get this for gamecube" isn't gonna work if everyone decides that. True, which is why I stated that the only reason to buy it is if the GC one is hard to find.... I have seen some in CEX though, 2 in Leeds and 1 in Huddersfield. And I imagine Amazon and Ebay have enough.

Suck it up, you praise RE4 even though it had been released on 3 platforms already, REmake was GC exclusive at least.
Well REmake was a remake of the PS1 game was it not? Arguably the best remake of a game of all time... quite the opposite of this lazy port coming to the Wii. Resident Evil 4 - originally on GameCube, an excellent game if not really a true Resident Evil.... the PS2 version while cut back graphically had some extra content to make up for it, I hear the PC version is horrid, and the Wii version combined the best bits of the GC and PS2 versions, as well as adding a brilliant control scheme which while it perhaps took it even further away from standard Resident Evils... was an immense improvement because now it was a more true hybrid of 3rd person shooter and horror game rather than the survival horror that lost the survival bit like the GC/PS2 versions were.

Since none of you have played it and like to spout nonsense pulled out of thin air...the game does in fact support motion controls.

So it does have motion controls? what for?
The logical option would be knife combat... what about some of the puzzles... can you use the crank like in RE4:Wii? If so then I agree there are at least some nice additions.

@price on Amazon..... seriously £10 2nd hand.... better going to a CEX then as it is generally about £5-8 in there (GC version)
