for the power/reset, try unplugging the console for 30sec then plug it back in, has it been shaken or dropped recently? anything go wrong while you were updating the system from the net or a game? if it's been shaken/dropped you might want to open it up or send it in for repairs. if a system update went wrong you might have to wait until a new one comes along.

for the disk read errors a lens cleaner might help: http://www.amazon.com/Wii-Lens-Cleaning-Kit-Nintendo/dp/B001GZT1UI

for your wiimote/nunchuck problem try resyncing like what has been mentioned and maybe change the batteries. Also wipe the opening at the bottom of your wiimote, my nunchuck kept disconnecing when performing motions so i wiped it and it stopped disconnecting... that might have something to do with it ;)

in the end if these simple things don't work it might be something more complex, you should send it in for repairs (after you've tried this stuff)

hope this helps :)
