The idea that though shalt not kill is lost on most people if the government gives them a gun and a pack. So do you say these people aren't christians? Then almost nobody is or do you say that Christian morals probably don't effect the behaviour of soldiers? |
Hmm... but a good soldier is supposed to kill. And Christians happen to have this 'obedience to authority'-dilemma too. So when speaking of war it's a more complicated topic than u painted here about Christianity not having effect on people's (soldier's) behaviour.
