Hopefully this sells like hotcakes spiked with cocaine, and becomes the first title to break one gazillion units sold, heralding in a new, glorious age of 2D gameplay.
Hehe. Realistically, I hope sales of this show there is still a demand for new 2D console games. It's a pity that 2D was mostly shoved onto handhelds starting with the PS1, so much more can be done with 2D gameplay these days, than was possible on the SNES.
