Are you kidding? Or are you just using a very tenuous link to slag off Obama again?
1. The US military budget is by far and away the largest in the world.
2. North Korea poses no threat, it is likely they don't even have nukes that can reach the USA.
3. The US military has more than enough firepower to neutralise such an attafck if the could mount it.
