actually, they can't even get to Hawaii. Their last missile disintegrated after traveling only 3500 km. Now, if they can get one of the damned things to actually work, they probably could get to Hawaii, but that's a big if when we're talking about the glorious People's Republic's military technology. (ie. anything more complicated than a toaster oven (suitable for burning capitalist fascists' hands) tends to malfunction frequently).
I do agree though, that this isn't really that funny because they could definitely kill a whole lot of people before we have a chance to pummel them into oblivion.
