I think more relevant than the metascore is the fact that IGN, Eurogamer, and Official Nintendo Magazine all finger GST as the superior game of tennis. I haven't seen a single source review both games and conclude that VT was better. I'd say the only reason to pick it up is if you want to either play the field or save ten bucks.
