There's no reason to buy the GC version if the Wii version is available to you, it's just better in every way.
- Controls-- you get the far better Wii controls along with the Classic Controller and Gamecube controls
- Graphics-- widescreen support
- Content-- You get the extra PS2 content
The only reason you might get the GC version over the Wii version is price, but even that isn't much of a difference. You can the GC version for about $5-10 while the Wii version costs about $20.
