In the top photo, the nicer-looking image of the man in the green suit has an arrow pointing to it saying "理想”, which means "ideal" (or "dream"). In the second photo, the creeping-looking image of Tingle that we are all familiar with has an arrow pointing to it saying "現実", which means "reality".
