Reading is a good way to fall asleep.

That, or play some turn-based RPG. Especially those slow ones (*cough* SoAL *cough*). I remember my last seconds of being awake, running to that save point, save then BAM, fall asleep.

i used to always fall asleep playing AC:WW in bed. i'd wake up and the sylus would be stuck in my hair or under my pillow, and i'd have either just managed to save it before i crash out (but not be awake long enough to switch it off) or else i'd have to face resetti in the morning
