Like I said in my earlier post they made this for a popular show in Belgium that's called Man! Liberarion front. It's a show that revolts against the new men who cries, cooks, helps women,etc
They're not insulting the wii because in the start of the vid you see 2 men enjoying the wii with violent games. The joke wouldn't work without the motion control, so that's why they picked the wii instead of ps3 for example. Is it that hard to understand?
