Ok ok, Hypotheticly MS/Rare werent douche bags and agreed to let game on the VC and Nintendo weren't jerky and let MS/Rare remake for the XBLA. Hey guess what Acitivion would never agree. Whaterver they might say a release of GE will cut into there profits of there Bond games.
This isn't a case of MS being goody goody. This is a case where every company will lose money. Also to note MS likes to bad mouth other companies, so oh why would we consider this all Nintendos fault. of course people like eating MS pablum.
Squilliam: On Vgcharts its a commonly accepted practice to twist the bounds of plausibility in order to support your argument or agenda so I think its pretty cool that this gives me the precedent to say whatever I damn well please.
