Tie ratios and attach rates don't tell the whole story. It may look bad compared to the 360, but that is because the 360 has been out for so much longer. I did an analysis of that problem back in April. I will probably update my data in August, and add a regional breakdown.

In case you don't feel like clicking the link, the data is current up to March 27. The result was that 360 owners buy one piece of new retail software every 9.75 weeks, PS3 owners buy one every 9.47 weeks, and Wii owners buy one every 9.07 weeks.
