Well, that's kind of how our FAQ section works - apparently, we've done a poor job in getting word of this out to you all as I continually see people who are unfamiliar with how our FAQ works.

The FAQ is a simple 'one question' function with a series of hints available for solving the question. The hints are to be progressively more helpful until the final solution is given. So, for your example, you'd put in a request for a FAQ, and your question of 'How do I unlock Lu Bu?' - hopefully, somebody will put a FAQ together for this particular question with about 3-5 hints to help nudge you along until you give up and want the final answer...

I don't really know anything about the game stuff vgChartz has going on.

Here are some thoughts after glancing over it:

Why is there only developer?  Gamefaqs lists both the developer and the publishers for each region/time period.  Gamefaqs also makes them all linkable so I can easily go see what XYZ has created.

How does the system handle ports?  I mean, if I write an FAQ for Warriors Orochi on how to unlock characters then do I need to submit it for every single version?  This is one problem gamefaqs has in that the PS2 version will have a few FAQs, the Xbox version will have a few FAQs, and the PC version will have a few FAQs.  It would be nice to see them all on one screen.  Maybe in the FAQs section have a header underneath the main ones that says "FAQs for other versions" and have it aggregate those.

What are "Extras?"  Seriously, what are they?  Summary, Reviews, Screens, FAQs, and Cheats all make sense to me.  I know at a glance what I will likely find in those sections.  I have no idea what should go in Extras or why I would go there.

Where is the "Need help" section?  I just had to go reread your instructions because it's not in the same area that the rest of the stuff is.  You can train your users to use any kind of website but intuitive placement will help new users greatly.
